How satisfied are you overall with BIOMED’s products and services?

With our customer survey 2020 we wanted to determine customer and product satisfaction and thus identify areas where we need to work. Thank you very much for taking the time to provide us with all the essential information. We are grateful to take useful feedback, such as tips for improving the process of determining target values, with us as homework. Above all, we would like to express our joy about the many positive customer feedbacks, because the results in the pie chart show the common tenor: BIOMED products keep what they promise.
